Discounts
Only one discount can be applied per booking, combining Community and Vendor discount is not applicable. Discount amount, terms and conditions of offer subject to change without prior notice. Discounts are provided as a credit and have no cash value.
Requirements. A follow up email will be sent to submit proof for the discount if not submitted at the time of booking. If proof is not provided the card on file will be auto-charged for the discount amount. Please contact us if you have questions. Phone/Text (831) 652-1080
Requirements. Hire a business from our Vendor Directory and get 10% off the hourly rate now when making your reservation. Proof that you have hired a business from our Vendor Directory needs to be provided 5 days prior to reservation date. In the event proof of payment from a business listed in our Vendor Directory is not provided 5-days prior to the reservation date the discount will not be extended and the card on file will be charged for the amount of the discount provided at the time of booking. Only one vendor discount applies regardless of how many vendors are hired.
Cleaning Fee
A Basic cleaning fee is added to your booking in the amount of $100. Please select below if you'd like to upgrade it.

OPTIONAL SERVCE: Upon availability let us setup the tables and chairs included with your selected Booking Type.

Bookings and Use of The Community Shared Space Terms & Conditions
Please CHECK EACH BOX to confirm that you have read and understand our Use of The Community & Booking Guidelines Terms.
There is absolutely no drug use or smoking of any kind tolerated on premises or within 25 feet of the building including loitering or congregating outside on the sidewalk/parking lot at any time during the event. Disparaging remarks or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate expulsion. Client and guests shall use the premises in a considerate manner at all times. Conduct deemed disorderly at the sole discretion of The Community Shared Space staff shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the rental period. In such cases no refund of the rental fee shall be made.
Client agrees to be provided no later than 48 hours prior to reserved date proof of insurance for the premises. For more information on insurance click here.
If the premises are still occupied by Client and guests after the end time of your reservation a $100 fee will be charged to the card on file. An additional $50 will be charged 30 minutes after and an additional $50 will be charged every 15 minutes until the premises are vacated.

Client can bring their own alcohol with proper proof of insurance and deposit. Client agrees to comply with all applicable city, county, State, and Federal laws and shall conduct no illegal act on the premises. Client shall not sell alcohol on premises at any time. Client may not serve alcohol to minors on the premises at any time. Client agrees, for everyone’s safety, to ensure alcoholic beverages are consumed in a responsible manner. The Community Shared Space reserves the right, in its exclusive discretion, to expel anyone who in its judgment is intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who shall in any manner do or participate in any act jeopardizing the rights, use permit, or insurability of The Community Shared Space or the safety of its staff, guests, or building contents.

Only service animals are allowed on the premises. Details
The Community Shared Space wants to make every event here a special and welcome experience. We ask that lighting, mirror, sound board ad tiles, televisions, projector screen not be removed or adjusted. No items should be adhered to the projector screen, or any covering that will damage it. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed and in an extreme case of any wall damage, the card on file will be charged.

No nails, staples or tapes on walls.

Removal or adjustment of flowers on "Flower Wall" not allowed.

Confetti and glitter are not allowed.

Open flames are not allowed.
Please be respectful of our neighbors. Indoor music is allowed from soundbar included with booking. Dancing and Disc Jockey or Live Bands are allowed after 6pm from Monday through Saturday and 4pm on Sundays. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancelation of booking.
Client selects cleaning fee option at time of booking. Please review the option that applies to you.
Cleaning Fee (Upgrade). Details
Client agrees to use and operate refrigerator within the standards outlined by the manufacturer. Please avoid spills, if spills occur clean up immediately. Client agrees to remove all foods and drinks prior to the end booking, additional fee will be incurred if items are left in refrigerator.
Client agrees to not consume alcohol or food outside the premises of The Community Shared Space. This includes the common areas outside the front and side doors, the courtyards and parking lots.

Client agrees to not dispose of trash in any of the receptacles found in the common areas of The Barnyard. Additionally, client agrees to not liter or leave any trash on the floors of the common area. Client agrees to have their credit card on file charged $175 if they and/or their guests liter or dispose of trash throughout any of the sections within the common areas.
Client agrees to have their credit card on file be charged a reserved hold fee of $150 for 7 days no sooner than 48 hours prior to booking date reservation. Hold will be release upon review of the premises after Client's booking. Details

In the event we are not able to charge the security deposit the access code to enter The Community Shared Space will not be provided until security deposit is received.
Cancellation Policy. A refund is only provided as outlined below.

Rescheduling is available as follows:

In the event of a power outage, access to venue is hindered through all entry points or natural disaster affecting the location of the venue we will provide the option to reschedule at no cost to client.

7 to 1 days prior to reservation date 75% fee of total booking amount.

30 to 8 days prior to reservation date 50% fee of total booking amount.

31 or more days prior to reservation date 30% of total booking amount.
Waiver
Client will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that The Community Shared Space may incur as a consequence of the actions of Client or any of Client’s guests while Client is in control of the venue, and shall indemnify and hold harmless AROpr LLC dba The Community Shared Space against any and all legal actions which may arise from Renter’s use of the venue.
Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold AROpr LLC dba The Community Shared Space, its landlord, building owners, officers, employees, and agents harmless of and from any liabilities, costs, penalties, or expenses arising out of and/or resulting from the rental and use of the premises, including but not limited to, the personal guarantee of provision, service, and dispensing of payment by client, its employees, and agents of alcoholic beverages at The Community Shared Space.
