You pick the layout, we set it up and have it ready before the start of your booking.
UPGRADE CLEANING
After your booking ends, we do all the cleaning, put away the tables and chairs, and pick up the trash.
EVENT INSURANCE
Packages include standard event insurance for private events provided by EventHelper.com. Deductible applies in the event of a claim. Cannabis requires additional insurance coverage and fee. Details.

Where are you located at?
We are at The Barnyard Shopping Village in Carmel. Offering all-day free parking, courtyards, retail and restaurants. Located only 25 minutes from Salinas and 5 minutes from the ocean. Find Us
Can I use it anytime during my selected time?
Yes, you will have remote access to enter and leave anytime within your selected start and end times.
What is included with the Upgrade Cleaning?
At the end of your booking simply place all your trash in the receptacles provided and remove any decorations. We will take care of the rest.
What is included with the tables and chairs setup?
Prior to the start of your booking we will setup the tables and chairs that are provided by us based on a layout of your choosing.
What is the guest capacity?
A maximum of 65 people have gathered at once. We've also have had 52 people seated for a reception dinner. Click here for layout.
What is a private event?
A private event is a gathering of guests that are invited and not advertised or promoted to the public.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes, you can bring your own alcohol. Consumption is limited to private events and indoors only. Details
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you can bring your own food. You can hire a caterer or vendor of your choice. Cooking is not allowed inside or throughout the common and parking areas of The Barnyard. Details
Decorations & Photo Booth
Make it your own! You can decorate the venue to fit your theme, layout and liking.
DJ/Live Music & Dancing
Yes you can, its a celebration! Please be respectful of our neighbors. Indoor music is allowed from soundbar included with booking. Dancing and Disc Jockey or Live Bands are allowed after 6pm from Monday through Saturday and 4pm on Sundays.
Is event insurance required?
Its included! Event insurance is required with your package.
Is there a Refundable Security Deposit fee?
A "hold" is place on a credit 3 days prior to your reservation date on the card to cover any accidentals that may arise from your booking. The hold amount is $150 and it is fully refundable.
What is the refund policy?
Premium Full-Day and Half-Day Packages are non-refundable.
Hold-the-Date and payment option not available for this package. Additional discounts not applicable. Total cost of package must be paid at the time of booking.
