Insurance Requirements

Depending on your type of booking we may require special event insurance for your booking. We recommend our partner EventHelper.com to make it easy and affordable to get the coverage you need or you can use your own.

Please provide a certificate of insurance (COI) 72 hours prior to reservation date or booking will be placed on hold and access revoked until COI is received. No refunds will be provided.

Have your own insurance

The Community requires to be added as additionally insured and certificate holders on your liability insurance policy, as well as be in receipt of your workers compensation policy if employees are to be present at your event. Please click download requirements to obtain the exact requirements.

1. Provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance that contains the following:

a. Commercial General Liability

b. Insurance Policy Number

c. Property insured address

d. Coverage dates of insurance

e. Limits of liability.

f. Alcohol coverage (if being hosted)

2. Notice of Cancellation
