A: No. You may split your total booking amount into payments that are completed prior to your reservation date. The first payment is 25% of your total booking fee, including any selected add-ons. Any applicable package or add-on discounts will be applied to the remaining balance payments. Q: Do I have to add options now? A: No. You may add options and add-ons to your booking at any time up to 7 days prior to your reservation date. However, package and add-on discounts are only available at the time of booking and will not apply to options added later. Q: Do I need to purchase event insurance now if I plan to serve alcohol? A: No. Event insurance is not required until 3 days prior to your reservation date. At that time, you can confirm whether alcohol will be served and obtain the appropriate coverage if needed. Q: Can I upgrade my package from Essential to Prime? A: Yes. You may upgrade from the Essential Package to the Prime Package at any time up to 7 days prior to your reservation date. Please note that package discounts are only available at the time of booking and will not apply to upgrades made later. Downgrades from the Prime Package to the Essential Package are not permitted.
