Become an Affiliate Partner
The Community Shared Space has an open vendor policy. Our Marketplace is free to vendors and clients can choose any vendor they like for their event within the guidelines provided at the time of booking.
Once a client hires a vendor, all vendors must sign up using the form provided to be able to provide products and services.
Vendors providing products or services at the venue must provide vendor insurance naming venue as additionally insured, and if applicable workers comp if having staff onsite.
Vendor insurance exclusions: Delivery only of prepared foods in trays or containers (if providing chafing dishes or warming plates with food insurance will be required). Delivery of decorations that do not include setup or teardown by vendors.
