I was looking for a nice space for my wife's 60th birthday party, but all the ballrooms, event spaces, etc. around town were exorbitant. Then I found The Community Shared Space in Carmel. The space itself is perfect for small to medium-sized events, and the price is a quarter of what most places charge. The owner Alex was very responsive to any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful event with 60 attendees, and my wife loved it!

About Your Event

Please allow time for setting up and clean up when requesting a booking time.

Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays 4 hour minimum.

Premium Package Info

Get 52 resin folding chairs, 2 8ft. tables and 4 cocktail tables in addition to the tables and chairs included with Standard Booking and event insurance.

Setup Tables & Chairs

Option to have tables and chairs included with booking selected prior to the start of your booking. 

Cleaning

We offer two cleaning options to meet your needs and budget.

Basic cleaning: You clean yourself.

Upgrade cleaning: We clean for you.

Get Vendors

You can bring your own food, alcohol (private parties only) and decorations. We can also connect you with vendors for your event.

Option to place on-hold the date and times requested if available. 

Extended Payment

Option to extend the payment are available for most bookings. 

Additional Details

* First responder, nurse or teacher must be currently employed.

 

* Maximum guest capacity is  based on "standing" determined by the total square footage. Mixed standing and seating or seating capacity is lesser and depends on the number of tables and chairs used.
