As a select Partner Vendor, you are granted up to 9 hours per quarter of weekday booking time (Monday through Friday) at our Carmel location—an exclusive opportunity to host, connect, and leave a lasting impression.

Partner Vendor Participation is Limited to 12 Businesses
Most venues run on commission culture. Preferred Vendors are often required to pay 8%–12% of their contract back to the venue — and clients quietly absorb the cost. We chose a different model. Our Preferred-Partner Vendors invest in a flat monthly membership to be part of our community. We do not take a percentage of their bookings. Ever.
That means:
• No inflated invoices
• No commission-driven recommendations
• No penalty for booking higher-end services
Just predictable costs for vendors and better value for our customers.
We believe partnership should benefit everyone — not just the venue.
We welcome businesses that can provide either in-person or delivery services at our Carmel location for private and public events ranging from 10 to 65 guests. These events include birthday parties, baby showers, weddings, celebrations of life, fundraisers, as well as meetings, seminars, and workshops.
Vendors are selected at the discretion of The Community Shared Space based on service category, scheduling flexibility, and pricing structure.
