How it works?
Recoupment of venue hourly booking fees and cleaning fees. Hourly rate is charged at weekday rate of $45 or $55 per hour depending on booking option selected. A cleaning fee of $100 - $195 will be applied depending on use. Pop-Up participation is limited to Monday through Friday from 7am to 11pm. Alcohol and cannabis sales and/or consumption is not allowed without permit and additional insurance.
