Great spot to host an event!! We hosted a family gathering pre-wedding here and it was great to bring in our own caterer and had enough seating and amenities that we didn’t need to bring much with us. Will definitely book the space again in the future!

Hold Date

Yes, but do to our low pricing, demand and flexibility we limit the hold requests as noted below.

  • 1 week hold $25 (reservation date must be later than 2 weeks away)

  • 2 week hold $50 (reservation date must be later than 4 weeks away)

  • 4 week hold $75 (reservation date must be later than 8 weeks away)

 

Amount paid is applied to booking fee when finalizing reservation. Holds are nonrefundable if reservation is not finalized within the Hold period.  Please fill out the Event Quote Form and select a "Hold" option.

Extended Payment

Extended Payment options are available for most reservations that are for a minimum of 4 hours.

Where are you located at?

We are at The Barnyard Shopping Village in Carmel. Offering all-day free parking, courtyards, retail and restaurants. Located only 25 minutes from Salinas and 5 minutes from the ocean. Find Us

What are the available hours?

You can book from 7am to 11pm Monday through Sunday, including Holidays. Access is provided via remote entry, allowing you full control of the space.

What are the cleaning fees?

We offer two cleaning fee options. Standard cleaning is required.

  • Standard cleaning fee is $30. Do it yourself cleanup. Details

  • Upgrade cleaning fee $275. We cleanup for you. Details

What is the guest capacity?

A maximum of 100 people have gathered at once. We've also have had 50 people seated for a reception dinner. Click here for layout.

What is a private event?

A private event is a gathering of guests that are invited and not advertised or promoted to the public.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Yes, you can bring your own alcohol. Consumption is limited to private events and indoors only. Details

Can I bring my own food?

Yes, you can bring your own food. You can hire a caterer or vendor of your choice. Cooking is not allowed inside or throughout the common and parking areas of The Barnyard. Details

Decorations & Photo Booth

Make it your own! You can decorate the venue to fit your theme, layout and liking. Unfortunately, bouncy houses are not allowed.

DJ/Live Music & Dancing

Yes you can, its a celebration! Please be respectful of our neighbors. Indoor music is allowed from soundbar included with booking. Dancing and Disc Jockey or Live Bands are allowed after 6pm from Monday through Saturday and 4pm on Sundays.

Is event insurance required?

We do require that event insurance to be provided prior to your reservation date. Get a free quote online from our partner. Click here to learn more.

Is there a Security Deposit fee?

A "hold" is place on a credit card to cover any accidentals that may arise from your booking. The hold amount is $150 and it is fully refundable.

What is the refund policy?

All bookings are refundable no later than 180 days prior to reservation date.
